"Once it leaves their hands, they don't care"
Had a bad and frustrating experience ordering a booth stand for shipment to US. Ordered booth stand 6 weeks in advance of trade show to be shipped to my home address in US. FedEx lost the first shipment (I had to chase this up multiple times) and they remade and reshipped the second unit "rush" shipment direct to conference hotel for a 3 day shipment.

Shipment took over 10 days to arrive and arrived at hotel a day after I checked out (had to order another booth in the US last minute so we had one for our show).

Customer service was very arrogant and abrasive, citing "B2B business laws" saying they had provided their service, booth was received in good order (I've never seen it) and that shipment was out of their hands/handled by a vendor.

Long story short I have paid over 1000 GBP for a booth which I do not know the location of.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO DO AN OVERSEAS SHIPMENT.

Also would highly recommend looking elsewhere due to their abrasive and unapologetic customer service which has been mentioned several times on this review site.

"Good quality but very expensive and missing parts."
Very pleased with the quality of our cafe barriers however we were missing some parts. The equipment was ordered to be used as an orchestra barrier for our school production. We received the order in February and set it up in March as we didn't have the time or space to set it up any earlier. We ordered 10 banners but only received 8 rod extensions. I emailed Display Wizard about this but the reply stated that 'unfortunately due to terms and conditions they couldn't send the missing parts'. No apology. I understand terms and conditions have to be adhered to, however since this was ordered for a school I would like to think they could at least send us the 2 missing parts as a courtesy considering the price of the equipment!

"We Used "Display Wizard" website to buy…"
We Used "Display Wizard" website to buy a product thinking like most it’s probably the most easiest/Quickest way to find what you’re exactly looking for. So that’s what I did I was amazed by the information read that if I paid the extra shipping cost I could end up having my product by 3 Working days "Perfect" I even rang "Display Wizard" on the Monday morning confirming they had received my order ok & generally asked would this product be able to get to me before the weekend as we really need my item purchased before that date & that we’d opted in paying extra shipping costs! For a staff member reassuring this wouldn’t be any issue..
The long & short of it we didn’t get our product when we really needed it not happy with our services at all!!

"Lifesavers!"
I needed an item urgently for an event when my current printers let me down. Display Wizard turned the request around extremely quickly, delivered bang on time, and the quality was fantastic. Big thank you.

"Perfect customer support!"
I placed a last minute order for an exhibition stand that arrived damage. I got on the phone in a panic and Amy straight away arranged reprinting and delivery for Saturday delivery so I'd get my signage in time. That's perfect customer support!

"Great Service as always"
Quality service, fair pricing and very helpful. We have bought a few Banners and Items from Display Wizard and they have been very helpful all the way. Even when an item was damaged they made sure to send a replacement asap which was fantastic.

Would highly recommend.

"Poor excuse from Display Wizard"
Poor excuse from Display Wizard. Upgraded a high value item for Saturday delivery which was accepted. On Friday, I asked for a delivery note or tracking details and they promised me after 3.30pm on Friday. Item was delivered on Saturday but was missed as I did not receive any details from Display Wizard.

Their excuse was that they were too busy to send one so it was missed. Even Amazon sends tracking details for a £1 order. But Display Wizard are too busy to send one when you pay for over £500 item. Opening Sunday event did not receive item. Just disgraceful!

Read below the cavalier attitude from Display Wizard. I was never after a time slot. I was after tracking my package as I cannot stay home 9am - 6pm on a Saturday.

I would advise Helloprint 👍 better customer service.

I think Display Wizard don’t know what they talking about. I finally received the tracking link on Monday. TNT have a tracking system as I could track my package as they give updates when it leaves the depot. Hence why the package was delivered.

"Absolutely fantastic company"
Absolutely fantastic company, my first package was obviously damaged in transit, sent pictures to Display Wizard and they turned around another one in 2 days for me in time for my upcoming exhibition. Genuinely fantastic levels of service, will certainly use them again...thank you Display Wizard Team

"Probably the worst print and customer…"
Probably the worst print and customer service experience i've ever had. We ordered a large canvas display stand from Display Wizard and the print was so dark it was unusable. Having sent photos to Display Wizard detailing the issue we were advised that there was nothing they could do and wouldn't offer a refund. Eventually after numerous emails they agreed to refund the stand and not the print so we packaged this in its original packaging and returned with tracked delivery at our own cost. Having heard nothing for several days we followed up to check when we would receive the refund and they initially had no record of receiving the returned item. When they eventually responded they said it wasn't in a re-sellable condition and that we would receive no refund. We certainly won't be using Display Wizard again for any of our print requirements and I would advise heavily against anyone else doing so either.

CONSIDER ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIER IF WORKING TO TIGHT DEADLINES
Placed numerous orders this year and each time had to prepay on credit card or BACS transfer. The last order was delayed due to a '£30 underpayment'. I provided proof the full amount was paid from the bank and still order would not be released. Eventually they accepted there was an error and released the signs which arrived after deadline!
No apology offered.
Can not recommend especially if you are working to tight deadlines.

"Watch out for the ‘restocking fee’ to return items"
Sent dimensions of poster.

Told frame would fit.

It didn’t. And it was slightly marked.

Nothing much bit the polythene packing was torn.

And it arrived in a box that looked as if it had been kicked from one end of the delivery van to the other.

First response was that if I returned it, I’d have to pay a 25 percent restocking fee and pay for it to be sent back.

And told it was my fault as I’d made the decision ....after being told the poster would fit.

Now told the frame will be picked up.

Well thats very gracious of the company,.

Avoid.

"Would use again"
Good price, helpful staff, but there was a hitch with delivery and we nearly missed our deadline. It all worked out ok though, and I would use them again. The pop up fabric displays are good, and much lighter than the normal vinyl ones.

Product supplied in poor state with incorrect fixings and no instructions. Slow to help with problem. Still hoping for a solve to problems will update review.
